Alpha · Saved flows start inactive. Automatic processing requires activation and action approval. Forwarding messages with attachments is unavailable.
Start with Mail, add the steps you need, then test before you activate. Open a module below for a practical walkthrough.
These guides describe the current alpha workspace. The public demo offers a smaller synthetic sample; module access depends on your plan, permissions and the controls available in your workspace.
Start with the right inbox.
Choose an accessible personal or shared mailbox in the Mail module, then save the flow.
Select a test email and inspect its metadata before testing the saved flow. Mailbox access does not approve actions.
Send matching emails down the right branch.
Choose a supported field, comparison and value, then add steps to the Positive and Negative branches.
Test both matching and non-matching examples. Missing metadata requires review rather than a guessed result.
Route a message using a plain-language instruction.
Describe the decision and configure the Positive and Negative branches. Review what data the AI may use.
Inspect the proposed decision and explanation. AI execution requires an eligible paid plan and explicit data-sharing consent.
Prepare a reply with AI assistance.
Describe the reply you need and review the module settings and allowed message context.
Inspect the proposed response before approving live actions. AI execution requires an eligible paid plan and data-sharing consent.
Respond with text you have chosen.
Enter the reply text and place the module after the condition or decision that should trigger it.
Use the read-only flow test to inspect the proposed reply. Sending requires separate permission and action approval.
Pass a relevant message to the right person.
Enter the intended recipient and review the message content that will be shared.
Check the recipient in preview before approving forwarding. Messages with attachments cannot currently be forwarded.
Prepare a message for a person to check.
Enter the draft text and add the module to the branch where a draft is needed.
Preview the proposed draft. A live draft is a mailbox change and requires approval; creating a draft does not send it.
Move unwanted mail to Deleted Items.
Add Delete only to a clearly defined branch and check the rule that leads to it.
Preview matching and non-matching mail before activation. This action moves mail to Deleted Items; it does not permanently delete it.
Keep your inbox organized.
Choose the destination folder for the selected mailbox and place the module after the matching rule.
Confirm the proposed folder in a read-only test. Moving real mail requires the relevant access and action approval.
Keep a person in control of uncertain work.
Add Human review where a decision or proposed action needs a person to inspect it.
Check the item requiring attention in the flow results. Review is a checkpoint; it does not itself approve a send or other live action.
Bring relevant work to your team.
Choose the supported Teams destination and configure the alert text. Grant Teams access separately when requested.
Review the destination and shared content. A Teams test that posts a message is a live action and needs its own explicit approval.
Label messages so they are easier to find.
Select the email categories and configure the matching rule. Review mailbox-specific access requirements.
Inspect the proposed category changes first. Applying categories to real mail requires the relevant permission and activation approval.
Turn an email into a task.
Choose a plan, bucket, assignee and deadline. Decide whether to include the email text and original Outlook link.
Review the proposed task. Copied email content is visible to people with plan access; task creation requires separate Planner access and approval.
Assess incoming mail before choosing an action.
Configure the assessment instructions and permitted message context in Mail Triage.
Review the proposed assessment and any items needing attention. AI use requires an eligible paid plan and explicit data-sharing consent.
Coordinate a meeting from your workflow.
Configure the organizer, participants, timing preferences and delivery choice. Review calendar permissions and organization booking policy.
Review proposed times before sending or booking. Automatic booking is off by default; plan eligibility, participant confirmation and action approvals apply. Live provider acceptance is still pending.
