Using the alpha
365With.AI helps you describe and test administrative workflows. The public demo uses fictional messages. Saved sample flows are inactive drafts. Features marked unavailable or preview are not a promise of a working production service.
Your account and organization
Use an account and mailbox you are authorized to access. Microsoft sign-in and organization membership are separate. Connecting a mailbox requires explicit Microsoft consent; access to its preview is restricted to the connection owner.
Review before any live action
The alpha can read new Inbox email metadata automatically after flow activation. Mail-changing steps require either approval of a specific manual action or approval of the listed actions for a saved flow version and mailbox at activation. Reply and Forward send messages; Make draft creates an unsent draft. Delete moves email to Deleted Items and never permanently deletes it. Name changes retain activation. Changes to rules or actions require approval before replacing the active version. Unclear decisions and uncertain results stop for attention without automatic retry.
Responsible use
Do not attempt to access another organization or person’s data, bypass access controls, or put confidential customer information into the public synthetic demo. Review all simulated results before relying on them.
Alpha availability
The alpha can change and may contain errors or become unavailable. It has no published service-level commitment. Keep your original records and do not rely on a simulated result as a completed business action. No payment or subscription is created by using this local preview.
