How credits work
An executed standard billable action usually uses 1 credit. Admin-configured tariffs may differ. AI is priced from actual provider usage and versioned conversion rules. Fifty AI modules that all execute can produce fifty separate charges; skipped branches do not. Duplicate reports and internal retries do not add another charge.
Estimate monthly credits
Standard actions use the initial 1-credit assumption. AI estimates are your inputs, for example from observed usage, not a guaranteed tariff. Enter both AI estimates when AI modules are included. Count only reached branches and include repeated actions.
Pricing questions
What is a credit?
Credits measure billable work. Standard actions usually use 1 credit; AI credits depend on measured processing and configured conversion rules.
Is AI a fixed number of credits?
No. Model, input, output, cached usage and other supported billable dimensions can affect consumption. Unknown usage keeps its reservation until reviewed.
Do credits expire?
Monthly subscription credits expire at the billing-period end. Purchased credits do not expire by default. Promotional credits may have an expiry. Monthly credits are used before permanent purchases.
Can I buy more credits?
Paid plans support optional packs of 1,000, 5,000, 10,000 and 50,000 credits. A pack is available only after its price is approved and payments are configured. Automatic purchases are off by default.
How do subscription changes work?
Existing agreements remain in force until a reviewed change takes effect. Test-mode upgrades require review and confirmed prorated payment; downgrades are scheduled for renewal without proration. Live self-service requires separate activation. Flows and data are not deleted to enforce a lower flow limit.
Can Free run AI?
No. Free can display and configure AI modules in drafts, but AI activation and execution require a paid plan, including AI inside classification, document and scheduling modules.
What happens when credits run out?
New billable steps stop safely. Work is retained for review and safe resumption. A payment method is never charged automatically without a separate enabled and consented setting.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
Plan prices exclude VAT. Yearly prices are shown per month, with the full yearly amount disclosed before payment. The applicable VAT treatment and total must be confirmed before payment.
